Situated in the San Jaime area of Son Bou, the villa is only 1 km from the longest, and one of the finest beaches in Menorca, and is about a 30 minute drive to Menorca's only golf course.

Just 5 minutes walk from the villa will bring you to the main street in Son Bou, which consists of a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and entertainment.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
The three bedrooms are furnished with either a double bed or two single beds and all have full length wall-to-wall fitted wardrobes, and ceiling fans.  A cot is also available for use at the villa and a highchair can be provided on request.  All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.  Laundry is changed once a week, and is included in the price.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen has a dining area together with a breakfast bar and is equipped with a full size cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.  There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Lounge Area
The lounge is light and airy and furnished with ample seating, TV, DVD/video player, CD system and mini hifi.  The patio doors open out onto the balcony area, has comfortable outdoor furniture and overlooks the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool Area
The villa has its own large, private swimming pool, which includes an outdoor shower/changing room and kitchen facility. The pool area is surrounded by trees and foliage which makes it a very private and secluded area.
